1.General.
• We shall not be held liable for any loss or damages caused by the use or misuse, unavailability or removal of services.
• We reserve the right to cancel your account at any time giving you 10 days notice.
• We may adjust terms, without giving notice.
• To protect your privacy we never distribute your name or e-mail address to any third parties.
2.Payments.
Customers billing cycle will be monthly or yearly depending what package you
sign up for. UKHost4U require payment for the first billing cycle before beginning
service. Payment must be made in pound sterling. Customer is responsible for
providing UKHost4U with any changes to there information. UKHost4U may charge
a £5.00 late fee, this fee with cover reconnection costs if your account
has been suspended. UKHost4U may suspend the service without notice if payment
for the service is overdue.
None of are services we offer are refundable.
3.Customer Infomation.
You must be 14 years old or more to place a order with UKHost4U.
4.Suspension/Termination.
UKHost4U may suspend services, If we belive are resources are been violated.
You will have an email sent with more infomation. If your account gets suspended
there will be a charge of £5.00 to have unsuspended.
To cancel your account
with us email support@ukhost4u.org.uk within 14 days before billing date.
5.Back up Copy.
Customer must keep a copy of all content hosted by UKHost4u ,.Including any databases you have through the cpanel
UKHost4U do not
keep a back up of any data on are servers.
6. Content Restrictions.
We do not allow the following to be hosted on the server.
- Torrents
- Pornography
- Illegal Software Including mp3's
- Copyrighted Material
- IRC Bots
- Please note. We allow warez site's, but the files have to link to 3rd party
sites. No warez files are to be kept on our servers apart from the website itself.
Failure to follow the above will result in your account being terminated.
